The workout has been announced for the Fittest Games Challenge!

WO#1: 4 Rounds for time (20 min. cut off) of:
10 Deadlift @ 225 lbs.
10 Push Ups
15 Pull Ups

WO#2: 5 Rounds for time (20 min. cut off) of:
7 Any Way Overhead (shoulder press, push press, push jerk) @ 135 lbs.
400 Meter Run.
