Personal Training

To build the great pyramids, the ancient Egyptians first laid massive foundations to build upon. Piece by piece they added to these foundations and built marvelous structures that are unrivaled to this day.

The same is true for any athletic endeavor. We must first lay the foundations if we are to build upon them. I offer personal training for those interested in building a strong base in their movement, flexibility, technique, mobility and strength in an atmosphere of learning. 

If you are looking to get into Crossfit but are not yet ready to enter into a Crossfit program, wanting to refine your technique on some of the more the more complicated movements or are looking for someone to coach you outside of a class environment: this is the program for you.

I currently offer Personal Training (1 on 1) or Small Group Training (2 or 3).
