4-24: lulu yoga + jump rope.

4-26: Bikram.
4-27: Kettlebell WOD: 3 rounds of 3 minutes (1 minute each exercise): 
KB swing @ 24 Kg; KB Clean (ground to shoulder); KB Sumo Deadlift Highpull.
4-28: Bikram.
4-29: Hot Vinyasa.
